
The story began when my husband had his molars extracted and needed soft food for a period of time. I started baking in various forms to accommodate this. My primary corncern became finding a good balance between the cake's fragrance and its sweetness.
In the process, I discovered that I like Chiffon cake the most, I became obsessed with the moment when I would roll the soft and creamy Chantilly cream into the thin and fluffy Chiffon cake piece. It is so satisfying to experience the melting cream along with the spongy cake in my mouth. This is how I transformed into a Swiss Roll Cake lover.
In terms of my baking philosophy, I believe that "quality rather than quantity that matters". To put a smile on your face through my home-made recipe would be something I would love to see.
As the cake is 100% home-made using a family recipe, please allow 3 to 5 days pre-order period. All our ingredients are from reputable sources.
To keep good quality and condition, the cake can only be delivered to Banstead/ Epsom/ Sutton and nearby areas. Collect at site is mostly welcomed.

Our kitchen is fully registered and has achieved the top rating of "5" on food hygiene standard.
Our roll cake is about 26-28 cm long, round cake is about 6 and 8 inches wide.
