Welcome to Aggie's Little Kitchen
The story began when my husband got his molars extracted and needed soft food for a period of time. I started baking in different varieties. To work out a good balance between the cake fragrance and the sweetness becomes my primary concern.
While I found myself like Chiffon cake the most, I was obsessed at the moment when rolling up around the soft and creamy Chantilly cream into the thin and fluffy Chiffon cake piece. It is so satisfying to enjoy the moment of melting cream together with the spongy cake inside the mouth. This is how I turned myself into a Swiss Roll Cake lover.
To describe my attitude towards bakery, "It is definitely quality rather than quantity that matters". To put a smile on your face through my home-made recipe would be something I would love to see.
